In exciting news, I have been invited to sit on the opening chat show panel at One Dance UK’s annual Launch event.
Taking place in Leeds on Friday 26th February, Launch is a professional development and networking day designed to help dance students and recent graduates – providing tips and practical advice as they embark upon careers in the dance industry.
I have been asked to discuss my career so far, with a focus on my current role as Access and Education Projects Coordinator at Phoenix Dance Theatre. The programme also includes breakout sessions covering topics such as finances for dancers, how to audition for a contemporary dance company and independent projects, what to expect in the first 18months of graduating and developing your career as a producer.
